Variation from Description/Image. The products are individually hand made from fabrics and other materials that may be hand made or coloured. Small variations from the description and/or images used to advertise the products should be expected. Items are hand cut from fabric, so will vary in pattern placement and colour. Small variations in dimensions should also be expected. Photographs may not show the exact colour of the item due to lighting conditions when photographed, as well as differences in how device screens render colours and images. These variations do not give rise to any additional rights to return items as defective or not as described, beyond those rights provided in UK law.

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COLLAR & TWEED BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE WEBSITE, HOWEVER CAUSED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF COLLAR & TWEED HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. In no event shall Collar & Tweed’s total liability to you for all damages (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the amount you paid for your products excluding shipping and packing costs. The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Any party affected by such event shall inform the other party and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with these terms and conditions.
